We smelled it 2 nights ago, and called Edwards Electric the following morning. Even though they were busy, they were able to come out within three hours. Before they even started they went over the costs for troubleshooting the electrical problem, which was very reasonable. The two electricians began opening up every outlet and light switch on the side of our home with the smell. They did not cut any corners, they even moved our refrigerator. After 45 minutes of searching, we figured out where the electrical/chemical smell was coming from...a new bag of guinea pig bedding that smelled like formaldehyde. We felt pretty stupid, but were so thankful to figure out the source of the problem. Not only did Edwards Electric not make us feel stupid, but they only charged us a service call (which was almost half the price that I had originally agreed to). They were very personable and have new lifelong customers."
